Refund Policy

1. Scope of Refunds

This policy applies to payments made for:

  • Construction and renovation services

  • Project management and consultancy fees

  • Deposits for custom builds or property redevelopment

2. Deposits & Prepayments

  • Non-refundable deposits: All initial deposits made to secure services, materials, or project scheduling are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Partial refunds may be considered if cancellation occurs before work has commenced and no materials have been ordered.

3. Cancellation by Client

If a client chooses to cancel a project:

  • Before work begins: A refund may be issued minus administrative and planning costs.

  • After work begins: Refunds are not guaranteed and will depend on the stage of completion, labor hours, and materials already purchased or used.

  • Written notice of cancellation is required to initiate any refund review.

4. Cancellation by NB1 Homes

If NB1 Homes must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • A full or partial refund will be issued depending on the stage of the project.

  • We will also offer alternative scheduling or service options where possible.

5. Disputes & Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of the issue arising.

  • We will review your case and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

6. Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change-of-mind decisions after work has commenced

  • Delays caused by third-party suppliers or external factors beyond our control

  • Custom materials or fixtures already ordered or installed
